Community Caseworker, Cardiff for Jenny Rathbone Assembly Member for Cardiff Central

Salary range: £19,920 - £29,202 (Band 2) Pro-Rata

(N.B. recruitment will normally be at the minimum of the range)

Working hours: 28 hours / four days per week

Appointment type: Fixed term until the election (May 2016) with the possibility of becoming permanent thereafter.

Location: Constituency Office (Albany Road, Cardiff)

I need an experienced Caseworker to join my busy team.

Cardiff Central has both the richest and the poorest communities in Wales. I need someone committed to ensure that everyone gets the services they are entitled to, and redress if they don't.

The caseload ranges from health and education to housing and debt. Attention to detail, clear understanding of the issues, and determination is required to resolve concerns about a range of services.
